We offer you extensive support services so that you can use your USU software productively at all times. You can use them free of charge under your usage and maintenance agreement. Our employees at the USU Support Center are your central contact persons and will be pleased to answer your support questions.

  • Assistance in questions relating to operation and with problems and incidents
  • Ticket acceptance and handling by our first level support with a callback service
  • Troubleshooting by our second and third level support
  • Shipment of releases and provision of hotfixes
  • Support for installations and updates
  • Online documentation/help

 

We also offer you extended support services, ranging up to 24x7 support, which you can conclude as a service level agreement in addition to your maintenance agreement for a charge.
