The Mobile Manager enables you to
- Work independently of your workplace or location, since you can directly record, edit and document tickets just as efficiently on your mobile device
- Keep comprehensively informed at all times when you are on the road by being able to view all tickets and their status
- Respond rapidly, since the latest notifications on incidents in your IT infrastructure are shown directly on the home page
- Use detailed information on IT assets/systems, which you can find quickly using the integrated search function, to rectify problems.
